put a generous gob of rtv on the 4 corners of the intake where the head sections meet the front/rear rubber pieces. be extra careful setting the intake down straight and square so the ends don't squirt out.

a nice tip i read somewhere, probably this forum.. take 4 of the old intake bolts and cut the heads off. thread them into the corner intake bolt holes a little ways. using them as guides, drop the intake over them. start the other bolts and then remove the guides.

use new intake bolts and follow torque sequence and amount exactly. and torque it down in stages.
