Default Tie downs with bed liners

I have been looking around for a tie down that I can use in the stake pockets with my over the rail bed liner. I don't mind cutting the bed liner, but I don't want a loop sticking up. I have seen some pop up tie downs, but I am not sure how well they will work with a bed liner. Anyone find a product that works? I don't want something that will rust either.

I have been looking at these:

I have ones that look exactly like that picture. I really like them, though I question just how strong they really are. They've always worked for me though, but when I need to secure a heavy load, I usually us the factory tiedowns inside the bed. You also have to keep those lubricated or else it can be really hard to lift up the tiedown.

you could upgrade your front tie down points while you're at it. i put a 3/8" chain link on both and now when i need to hook to them i just lift up the chain link and i can get a bigger hook on there.
