Not that I've ever used them on vehicles, but cinder blocks should be fine, so long as you set them holes up & down.
You can literally set houses on those things ,,, But if you put them holes to the side, they'll pop with the greatest of ease.
One of the things that I do is set up trailers at construction sites, for field offices, map rooms, medical rooms, lunchrooms, whatever. Some trailer sites are pretty elaborate and tied in together including steps, raised walkways between them, and even roofs, and can take months to complete.
We use cinder blocks 100% to set them on, and I've seen & heard them pop when guys are careless and set them the wrong way.
