Default Front and rear seal leaks

My rear main and front seal on the engine are slowly leaking. Is it worth the time and effort to replace them? If so, I plan on replacing the oil pump while I'm in there. Should I go with stock or high volume?

i don't know that its worth doing those as a standalone job. the rear main is not too bad, although you do have to remove starter, cover, pan, oil pump, and loosen the crank. the front seal is in the timing cover, so you have to remove water pump and strip the whole front and top of the motor.

i did both of my seals when i had water pump failure. otherwise, i wouldn't have done it.

general preference is to replace with standard pump, as high volume can pump up more oil than can drain down and cycle around.
