Default LED Taillights comments

One of my taillights is cracked and I'm thinking of going to an LED replacement. I've narrowed it down to these two and wanted to get the opinion of my fellow DFers.

I like the near stock appearance of this one.

This one has an updated look to it, but I'm not crazy about the smoke lens.

Either one will have to be painted to match my truck. No big deal, but I can get an OEM replacement Sport taillight for $41 from Rock Auto. I don't mind the hassle for something different, but was wondering what some of you guys think. Thanks.

Nope. The Sport has quad headlamps making the main reflector larger so the corners are smaller.

I say option one with the color match done. How close would this match to your 3rd brake light?

They look good, but I'm not sure I like the look of the guts showing through that much. Looks kinda ricer to me.
