tuner question

Default tuner question

I have been doing a little research on the deathflash issue my question is do i need to buy a programmer and leave it plugged in or can I just plug it in once and be done with it

plug it in an its tuned , the only time you need to set it back to stock is if your taking it somewhere to get it worked o because you dont want them to write over it

allright well if theres anyone in the michigan area who wouldn't mind doing that for me send me a pm or something trying to get a lift and tires so I really don't have the money to put out for one

I'm bored, so I'll spell it out.
A tuner like Superchips, hypertech, and others, when tuned to your vehicle, the actual handheld becomes locked. It will stay locked until you either set the truck back to stock, and or set it back to stock, and give an unlock code.

Your only option is to buy a tuner new, or used. Be wary of used ones since some people will sell a locked tuner.

+1. If you think it needs to be done for you, you need to do more research. Its as easy as installing a printer on a Mac, easier than installing one on a PC.
