Default Please help guys, please

I have finally accepted the fact that my e46 M3 will always have electrical and mechanical problems, but now I my trustworthy Dodge Ram broke down. So here is the issue: Tried to start the truck, it started worked for about 2 minutes and then the engine stopped working, and blue smoke came out of the exhaust pipe. Tried again and it will not start. The car is 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 turbo diesel. Please guys help me find the problem, any ideas you have what caused this please share it. Thanks, greatly appreciate it.

Blue smoke = oil. Could have piston seal failure. Oil in the chambers, enough that its flooded.

LMAO! You can't spell out the word "your" and have to shorten it to "yr"? ROFL! OMG! LOL!

To the original poster: +1 for the diesel section. Double posting is OK, as long as they are in different sections. Diesel is a separate section from 2nd Gen, so it'll be fine. Thanks for your courtesy in asking like that, more than most newbies do.

Mostly gassers over here, not a ton of diesel knowledge, so you'll get more knowledgeable diesel-specific replies over there.

lemme ask a quick question, was the blue smoke in the exhaust while it was running, and how much smoke was there

and it not wanting to start may be an airlock in the high pressure side of the fuel system, we had a tractor trailer rig do that, it ran for about 5 minutes, then died...on the road...1/2 mile from the farm
