I have 3:55's with 285 tires, and the only time they spin is when I go over one of those wide white stripes leaving a stop sign when it's raining or when we have an ice storm! LOL
Lmao my 2wd with 3:55s and my old 285s would spin like crazy on dry roads. Without touchin the brake pedal I could leave a huge cloud of dust. Now with my smaller tires I can barely even squeal em >.<

Unlike Nathan's, your truck is 2WD. A lot of power is lost going through the transfer case. Do you also have the LSD option? Breaking one tire loose is a lot easier.
Thats true. And nah the owner said he had swapped in an LSD with 3:73 gears but when we had the diff out, the rearend had a 3:55 label and there were no clutches in the diff.
