what kind of tire do you want? MT? AT?????

For an AT, I've ran Michelin, Goodyear, Cooper, Bridgetstone, and Hankook.
All of these were a radial 10 ply tire. IMO, Cooper Discoverer and Hankook Dynamic Radials are the best. Not sure if you can get them in the size you want though.

General Grabber AT2 315/75-16 is an awesome tire. I had a set on another truck I owned and they performed flawlessly in all road conditions. The only time I had an issue was if driving too fast on rain covered roads but that was driver error and not a tire issue.

You say you want "max traction", but in what terrain? If you are going for mostly street/sand I would suggest just an A/T, but if you are off in the mud quite often and would rather have better performance there then on the street I would suggest a mud terrain.

Just about all the majot tire company's make a good A/T or M/T. I have always had good luck with BFG (the A/T and M/T) as well as my last set of muds which were the Goodyear MTR's (very nice tire). The M/T's still ride nice on the road, they just wont have quite as good of traction nor last as long as an A/T.

If you are in the market for a mud tire, but still do a lot of daily driving, I strongly suggest a radial. TSL's and Boggers are great off road, but thats about it. A really good mud tire to consider that is a radial would be Interco's Trxus.

From the larger picture in his garage, it looks like either a home brew intake, or an EBAY setup. Looks like the aluminum tubing that you see with that style. I could be wrong though.....

intake has a little round thing over throttle body says option racing on side, but it came with truck so i won't worry about it until i paint and fix the body b/c I would like to change to a ram air. Yes I want an M/T I thought thats what maximum traction stood for, the only off road tires ive ever had were bfg's and the Summit Mud Dawgs (which are very nice tires) and was looking to see if there was a tire most people seemed to like

I know how that goes, I rolled my first car (Jeep Grand Cherokee at about 60 due to this )
