Default Rattle when i put weight in the back

Every time i put weight in the back of the truck i hear kind of a loud rattle noise i checked all the heat shields and none of those were loose also thought it was the exhaust every time it hits a certain low rpm it starts making this noise coming some where from the rear. I don't expect any one to solve this problem but maybe some one has had a problem like this before and found out what it is

So the only time you hear the noise is when your going slow with weight in the bed.

I would check the suspension components.

Where does the noise come from?
How much weight are you putting in the back?
Have you checked your shocks?

sounds to me like the tailpipes are tapping the rear axle or the rear shocks could be loose or the u bolts for the leafs are loose or the shackles on the end of the leaf springs are loose.

and what do you mean you don't expect anyone to solve this problem? thats what we try to do around here. its a dodge ram owner thing, no ram left behind.

Even if i jump up and down in the bed it will not make the noise. Sounds like if some kind of heat shield is loose but i cant really tell what side its coming from. Ill check the exhaust and the shocks the leaf spring i just tightened them up the other day. Just thought it would be hard to find someone else s rattle over the internet without hearing it lol

Got under there and started banging on stuff and found that the front half of the gas tank heat shield or w/e that thing is was making a noise that sounded like it but cant tell if its fixed don't have anything heavy to put in the bed
