i got rid of the flash with superchips, the performance was day and night, felt like a new truck with the new ballz it got, death flash is that BAD

Stupid question probably...

My 99 ram has teh death flash...now which tuner do you recommend? And Ive never used a tuner...are they that hard..or do you just plug it in and hit flash computer? OBDII connector or straight to the PCM?
