Default Factory Fog light wiring?

Hi all, I am new here and new to my truck. I just bought a 96 Ram 2500 4x4 with the 318. So far, really love the truck. I was wondering about adding fog lights to the truck. I found in the middle under the front bumper a 3 pin connector, which from what I read on another site is for the fog light hook up. I also checked my relay center and the 2 relays are there and the fuse. I bought a oem switch off ebay and went to install it, and cannot find the wire for it! I only found an 8-pin black cable that wasn't hooked up by the column, but nothing else in that area. I didnt take the whole dash apart, just the panel under the steering column. Does anyone know where they hid this wire? I would guess its there somewhere being the rest of the wiring appears to be in place. Thanks!

The OEM foglight switch is next to the overdrive switch up by the cupholder. If it was prewired, you'd need to take off the black faceplate, then remove the OD button unit.
