Default Upgraded Front Axle Shafts

Has anyone seen upgraded front axle shafts for the 1500? I've found stock replacement and Alloy axles for the rear. I've only been able to find stock replacements for the front. I see universal ones that have to be cut down. I'm not looking for that though.

I'm getting a clicking from the front when I engage the axle. I also need to replace the bearing. Since I'm pulling it apart to do the bearing and find out where the clicking is coming from, I thought I'd start looking at axle prices in case I have to replace one. I just can't find an upgraded front axle though.

thanks

well they say they can make anything.. So they can.. I was looking into my front dana 44 when i was building my truck and moser said they would build me axles for it.. I went with a 60 instead but i have moser axles all the was through that Dodge 60. Even the passeger side is now a solid shaft not 2. If moser still wont, look up EMS Offroad. They used to carry moser axles but have stoped and went with another brand but still are chromemoly.

Ah, yeah, I'm not looking for a CAD delete or a completely custom shaft. I'm looking for one that someone makes on a regular basis for stock replacement. I've found some (not chrome moly) ones from Genuine Gear, Motive Gear, Alloy, and Yukon for the rear. The only fronts I've been able to find are just stock Dana pieces. Which have certainly served me well. Just thought I'd upgrade them if I had them out. Not sure sure I'll need them yet. Just doing some research before I pull it apart to replace the unit bearing.
Thanks for the info though.

Check with Strange, or CW. IIRC Strange at one time offered axles for the 44 and 60 that were upgrades over stock.

Do you have 4w ABS? Im not sure on the outer shafts upgrade. All the trucks i have done i have but a manual hub conversion on with the CAD delete axle...I have used Dynatrac and EMS off road...EMS is the cheapest but i like the dynatrac on my truck...when you convert you get new outer shafts. Price is around 1000 for EMS and Dynatrac is 1700-2000 depends where you get it from.
