It probably does your paint no good either if you don't have mud guards. That's one reason I put them on when I first bought the truck, and it has saved me a lot of crap sticking to my fenders over the years.

You can air down to about 14 with no fear of running off the bead, just don't gun the gas and cut the tires hard and you'll be fine.

man all of this sand talk really makes me want to get the baja bug put together and take it out to silver lake, that thing will be real light, and with the terra tires, i won't have any problem on test hill, its either that or the XJ, but thats a trail rig, and is much heavier, and would ride like crap slowing me down, with the bug, i'll be able to do 50 with ease
