When I push the horn buttons on the steering wheel, I can hear the relay click, but the horn doesn't beep.
I checked the horns individually by removing them and using a jumper wire between them and the battery. The wiring from the fuse box to the horn looks okay
although, im thinking about putting that on the jeep, and putting some airhorns on the dodge, i want something that will get cars to move outta my way
hey i have 1100 posts now, just 8900 to go for 10000
Air horns will get cars to move out of your way, specially if you sneak up on them and blast away right when you're on their bumpers. BTW you better get cranking on those posts. Miami joined 3 months after you and he's got you beat.

Don't encourage him.
To the OP:
After you check the Relay, and if that doesn't work, crawl underneath the front of the truck and check the bumper braces where the horns are bolted to. I had a similar problem on mine, and the relay checked out good. At the time, I wanted a new horn and I just bought a bull horn off of ebay. google it if you don't know what that is.
The new horn ran off of a cable that you had to pull, so I left the stockers in place.
A few months later, I was straightening the front bumper out (sagged) and found that both of the braces that the horns bolt to were loose. Those braces are also the horns' ground so if they are loose, then you're not getting a complete circuit.
