i didn't get snippy, i was starting to think i was retarded or something because i couldn't wrap my mind around what was being said.

as far as the h1 bulbs go, that is what i have in my off road lights and they are 100 watts each. then the fog lights are oem 896 bulbs in the factory fogs and 55 watt bulbs in the aftermarket fogs.
one of these days i'm going to get the same bulbs that jasonw has because i already have new wire laid and all i will need to do is swap the bulbs without fear of melting the inferior factory wires.
if you haven't seen the headlight relay DIY then you should check it out https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-write-up.html
i can't remember if you have the single bulb or dual, but if you have dual then you'll have to keep in mind that the 9007 and 9004 bulbs have the wires swapped on the plugs when you start to wire up the relays. that is if you decide that you want to run your headlights on relays.

oh and Laramie, thanks.

i've been running mine since 8-21-09 with all four fog lights hooked up the same as my wiring diagram and they're fine too. i run just headlights if its about to get dark, but as soon as it gets completely dark, the fog lights come on.

Sure, with some custom wiring. But since you have an 07, I'd post in the correct section.

I'd also be worried about the power draw through the stock wiring.

That post was from 10 years ago. You would be better off starting your own thread instead of resurrecting decades old threads.
