Default Annoying hiss

I recently cleaned the iac and since then i have a hissing noise that won't go away. I replaced the gasket on top of the TB because because it was shot. Yesterday i noticed my air filter wasn't seated well in the filter housing so i fixed that. I still have the hiss, any ideas. Thanks!

Does the hiss occur at idle or off-idle? Do you have an open element air cleaner or factory CIA?

The hiss occurs at idle and when giving it gas. The tone changes between the two. It's very high pitched when i'm on the gas and deepr at idle. Oddly before i propperly fit my air filter back in the other day the hiss seemed to go away after it was warmed up, now it's constant?

you could try stacking 2 gaskets. with my cai i needed 2 gaskets for it to seal against the throttle body. if its not that then i would take the air box off and check for cracks or holes. another thing it could be is the air filters rubber isn't thick enough to contact the top and bottom halves of the air box.
