Beast,

I know you've said you wanted a kit, you do realize what they are sending you is 3 separate boxes, 2 of this

http://www.ffdynamics.com/FFD16B.html

One of this

http://www.ffdynamics.com/products_controlmodule.htm

Not trying to be a jerk, but want to point it out because I know you've talked about a 'kit' so you wouldn't have to piece them together. They are being a bit deceptive in their labeling of a kit, look at a ford truck 'kit' on the site and it's the exact same ad as the Ram kit, all they change is the name of the truck.

If they want more then $200 with shipping, drop me a note if you want me to pull some part numbers. Tested about 15 fans with amp draws under 10 amps, none of them would pull more then 1300 cfm through our radiator. While those fans will probably work, but paying over 200 is spending too much.

Not so much as a "kit" thats all ready put together just you get all you need. If that makes sense. Thanks for the heads up though. If I decide to go another route I'll hit ya up. I wanna see what they say before I make up my mind for sure what I wanna do

Cool man, I just wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting. Everything they are advertising would come with any electric fan you ordered. If you go to Summit or anywhere else, order 2 efans and a controller, you'll get the same thing.

Also, aim4squirrels is the member running a 16'' proform puller, 14'' proform pusher, without issues. I know the 16 is pulling about 1300 cfm and would estimate his 14" pusher is moving about 800, which puts him up over 2k and he won't have any issues. If he put the 14" on the backside as a 'puller, would put that fan closer to 1050 cfm, since the proforms lose about 20% as 'pushers'.

I know you'll get 2600 cfm with the proforms w/o the shroud. I haven't tested with the shroud on though to see how much that throws things off. My plan was always to utilize the factory shroud for the bottles.

Ok guys heres the deal. On the site its said 35-50% off so I asked them why. Thats what the hold up was. I heard back from them today. Anybody still interested post up and I will set a date for it or what not and we will go from there.

"We adjusted the group buy percentage that we gave to you based off of the sale pricing, which you will see gives you even more savings than the percentage off of our retail pricing that the web site shows.

There is no shipping charges on group buys, but there is a $5.00 handling charge to every address on the group buy list (this covers shipping boxes, packaging materials, labels, etc). Be advised that it is Ground shipping for the 48 states and Parcel Post for Alaska and Hawaii or Parcel Post for PO Boxes. If there is someone in your group that wanted the item to be received faster than ground or Parcel Post service, then there would not be free shipping, they would have to pay for the expedited services. If anyone comes to us directly and asks us for pricing they will get regular pricing as a regular customer. Group buys and single buyer purchases are completely different. Group buys get a quantity pricing discount which is almost wholesale, and in large group buy orders it is lower than entry level wholesale pricing. There are no additional discounts other than what we have specified for group buy purchases.

As far as military discounts, we try and take care of our miliatry the best we can, so we do offer very nice deals along with free shipping to anyone in the service as our way of saying Thank You to our boys in the military.

Also, our fans come with our Lifetime, no questions asked warranty to the original purchaser. If you break, melt, or burn out one of our fans at no charge to you, we will send you out a new fan and new mounting kit on receipt and inspection of the damaged one. Whether it is used for racing, off roading or normal street driving, we warranty it all, unlike the other companies that like to make excuses about race or modified vehicles and no warranty. That's how confident we are in our products. We feel with a great fan, it should be backed up with a great warranty."

I personally like the idea of the warranty but thats me.

If my math is correct which would be a surprise if it is lol.

This is with the $5.00 handling fee

5-9= 252.50
10-19= 225.00
20+= 211.25
