Mine's a 97. The original thread covered what years were the same, I think. Let me try to find it.

This was posted for me on another forum. Sounds like '95 is different from a '97. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Go to dodgepartscenter.com. I have a 95 1500 Ram, 5.9 L 4x4, tilt,cruise,horn,airbag,radio,all connected through clockspring, therefore are not functioning when your CS is broken. It uses part# 56007627AA. Bought mine for $96+$10 s&h
