Yep, It bolted onto my 01 1500.

if yall are considering the one ton upgrade, check your JY first, you just may be able to find a good one (for much cheaper too) just replace the ends to be safe

hey i got an 01 2500 4x4 diesel with the y type steering will the 03 steering work for this also?

Is there a difference in the 98ish 1 ton steering that the original poster installed and the 1 ton steering of 03+?

Sounds like any dodge HD (3/4 - 1 ton) will bolt onto at least the 2001?
Seems too simple....
Im keeping an eye on this thread. Im running 35's on stock guts and my steering is sloppy.
Ive been looking for an upgrade in the track bar and steering.
