Is that the cause of my trouble codes? A vaccum leak?
that should not be causing the problem. you could run your truck without it.

X whatever it is now , change the plugs , it's that obvious from what you said . I've had a couple of new plugs that were bad before . I run NGK FR4's on the stock 5.2 and FR5's on the modded 5.2 , great spark plugs for mopars . Very fast starts . Typically , I'd say stay stock until you've modded something , but these NGK's do make a difference , and no , I didn't replace old plugs , the "old" plugs were dealer champions only a few months old but I wanted a colder plug to run with the MSD .

Not a big fan of fancy expensive spark plugs , over the yrs I have tried a few , such as split fires and others , pretty sure they are discontinued , with good reason . If it ain't broke , don't fix it , spark plug design should fall into this catagory

Default The final Verdict...

Wow, stupid E3 spark plugs! 60 bucks down the crapper... I bought new Champion plugs and popped them in and she runs flawlessly! I finally got my truck back to normal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND E3 plugs they were junk.

I've seen countless times on this forum, people say to stick with regular plugs.
Champion and Autolites seem to do pretty good in Dodge motors.

Take those plugs back to the parts store and get a refund.

Maybe the E3's are just more sensitive to the blown plenum gasket you probably have,
