Default vortech supercahrgers

Well i found a vortech supercharger and a water/menth injection for our truck for sale, does anyone have any input on the superchargers? The guy says it should add about 100RWHP wish sounds very nice

They can be tricky to set up, but once you get it dialed in, it's a great maiden to have under your hood.
Be prepared though, the motor may not like boost, and the trans and diffs certainly wont.
A few other things to think about.
1. Fuel injectors
2. Tuning solution
3. Belt slip

I'm sure the boost crowd will come over and see this shortly....

Laramie hita lot of the big items. Vortec blowers are pretty popular with the 5.2 and 5.9 Dakota crowds. Bondslayer was running one before his turbo install.

Be preparred to tap your oil pan for the return line. If its a newer one you won't have to worry about that. Definately think about tuning, SCT, Diablo or even piggy back control systems are all options.

One of the guys on Dak-dur drew up this diagram of his fuel system, hopefully it will give you an idea.

well this supercharger was origanally on a dakota but i want it on my 96 ram? so how will this all work
