2nd gen speakers???

just wondering without ripping up my truck if anyone know what size speakers are in a 2001 dodge ram 1500 ST model reg cab. i have 2 in the doors and 2 behind/on side of the seats. i found a durango in the junk yard with infinity equipt, and i was curious to know if it was compatable

Fronts- 6X9 but 6 1/2" will fit.
Rears- 5 1/4" but 6 1/2" will fit with some modifications.
