hey guys i just wondering if anyone knew what the little clear box with the red flashing light is on a 97 dodge ram 1500. Any help will greatly appreciated, my airbag light has been on since i got the truck 6 months ago. I believed the light was on for the clock spring, because my cruise didn't work all the time like i needed it to. I cleaned out the controls for it yesterday and now it works every time. They were nasty so i then looked at the module and i don't wanna pay my stealership 95 bucks just to see whats wrong with my truck.... any help ,thoughts please??? and also sorry about the crappy pic thats a cell phone for you the light will also flash green

 

looks like part of a car alarm or remote starter....

 

thats what i was thinking the PO had an aftermarket keyless entry put in
