I have a similar issue but mine isn't blowing smoke all the time. I get a puff of light blue at first startup after sitting all night. After that its fine. I know its burning oil. So I checked the plugs and cylinders 7 and 8 have oil caked plugs. So.......... Plenum?

bigtman07 the easiest way to check the Plenum is take your air cleaner off the throttle body and open the butterflys and look down there you see oil then yeah the plenum is out. But if you can't tell if it is oil or moisture then pull your hose off the air filter housing and pull the pcv out and put your finger over the pcv hole and bottom of the pcv, next put your finger on the other hose if it is blowing then its ok but if it is sucking then you need a plenum.

Sounds like your valve seals are bad.
