Have you checked your intake plenum? Could be the reason for the oil smoke. 110k is waaay early for a rebuild.. Unless it hasnt been taken care of at all. And the white smoke could be a blown HG. Let others chime in tho...

In the mean time. Do some searching on the forums for more help on your problems.

You mean it burns coolant? A blown intake plenum will cause you to burn oil. A blown HG will cause you to burn coolant and cause oil and coolant to mix...

Are you loosing any coolant? And what does your oil look like?

If theres coolant in your oil and you've been driving it for any amount of time id say its time for a rebuild.(tho you might get lucky and be able to use really thick oil for awhile)

Have you checked your oil? What color is it? Does it look like coffee with creamer in it or is it just oil? And like i asked..Are you loosing any coolant? The smoke sounds kinda extreme to me, But i dont know how bad the smoke can accually get with a blown plenum.

the smoke is getting pretty bad. it willl just be idling and puffing white smoke in the middle of the day. its not good. im also thinkin about putting headers and purple hornies on it while i have them for a good price. would that just shorten the life of it?

first off, i would suggest checking your plenum gasket. the smoking, and the burning of oil could very well be your plenum. its not hard to check, just do that and see what it looks like, then go from there. also, if you havent been losing any coolant, i wouldn't be worrying about a coolant/oil mix

Dude, why would you put any $$ into somthing that could have had coolant and oil mixing for awhile? I suggest you do what we asked you to do...Before you go bolting up anything to the engine. It might just be a waste of time putting anything into a truck that could have severe damage done to the engine due to you running it with coolant in the oil.

If your not loosing collant then Great! You dont have to worry about a blown HG or coolant and oil mixing. We are trying to help you here...

Seems like he's trying to avoid doing what we are suggesting. I dont get it.
