Default tow mirrors

I can not find the flip out tow mirrors that say will fit a 97. It looks like the same mounting and the same shape, will they fit?

My roommate swapped from the 97 style mirrors to the 98+ plastic style mirrors and didn't have an issue (except how to hook up the defrost option). You should be good to use the mopar tow mirrors without problems.

try www.lmctruck.com look at the catalog (or order one its free) and they should be in there. they are in my catalog for our year. and it doesn't specify between a 1500 and a 2500 (like there should be a difference) its like $80 a peice, give or take.

my suggestion is that you go to a junk yard see if you can find the new mirror style, buy 1 for as cheap as possible. see if it'll mount if it does then you know the 98 and up mirrors will. or just get the 98 tow mirriors and if they dont work send em back.

Tow mirrors at a junk yard are going to be very hard to come by!
