ya, buy the rims, and sell them to me. =) lol. they should bolt right up. as the frame is pretty much the same, the only difference is body styling i believe.

Depending on how it was "totaled" I'd be concerned about something being bent. Otherwise if everything is straight... GO FOR IT OR I WILL lol.

I concur with pxfixerpro, if everything is straight and true, do it.

I'd inspect everything carefully before handing over the money, though.

Looks like a good deal, is the gas tank skid plate undamaged? I've been looking for one for a few years now.

well i just talked to the guy again, and it got hit in the drivers fender pretty hard, and there is a chunk out of the rim, so that puts me at 3 rims. going to have to look around for another now. Only thing im worried about is the axle now. regardless i think its still worth it to cut it out. worse case senerio i just take the gears out. my painted bumper is all rusted threw soo the bumper is worth it. I might pull the doors off if they are solid too because my are starting to rot out.

Personally I'd pass. At most I'd find out what he wants for the rear axle. If I were you I wouldn't plan on reusing those gears in the front or anything out of the front for that matter. Its not worth the chance man. what if the axle shaft was pushed inside the front axle tube upon impact and bent the carrier / gears etc? Again, not worth the chance, just buy yourself a set of gears for the front if he will give you the rear for cheap. Sounded like you had quite the deal but I'd stay away after what you said.

I have a 2001 off road suspension on my 95 . Nothing to do but bolt things on . The coils were the same height , but the diameter of the coil itself was much larger , to the tune of about 2 inches of height increase , sure stiffened up the ride (not sure I liked the difference ). Not sure , because I didn't swap axles (they got crushed b4 I got back to get them) but I think the frt control arm bolts were bigger than my 95's meaning I would have to drill the frame mount , I looked , it didn't seem to be a big deal if I had to . Something to check out , or expect , maybe 98 is the same

With the list you have and his price , it's a no brainer , jump all over it . Even if by a slight chance either axle is twisted , the 4:10's , if you don't have them , can be switched over at the gear shop
