Truck bog 98 ram 1500
Alright 98 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 318, it starts to bog down and kinda feels like its running with a pulse when i slow down and come to a stop at a stop light but drives like a dream, my last truck did this but only 1000x worst when the o2 sensor failed, would it be the same thing? im not popping no check engine lights or anything.. yet! any ideas?
BTW for my previous thread i think my little clicky grinding noise was just my tire rubbing on my mud flap!!

edit: only does it in drive
another weird thing i noticed is the 4WD light is always on so im assuming a sensor is bad or something, but i shifted into 4H and then back into 2 and it seems like the bog went away

sounds like the shift fork in the cad unit is sticking. that or the vacuum motor is going out. how is the steering and mileage lately? if it was in 4x4 all the time the mileage would plummet and the steering would be quite the wrestling match on pavement.
