Hey you said you compressed the spring, but for the daystar install video all they did was pull the strut out to slip the spacer on just curious if thats a 2wd only thing. Also in the directions it says only a 2 inch spacer will require to compress the spring.

for my 1.5in leveling kit i did not use a spring compresser

I've installed the 2.5 in spacer, and you definitely don't need a compressor. You pop the ball joint with the lower arm on a jack, then you back the jack down. Throw the spacer in, and compress it slowly. A Spring compressor is not necessary for this job. If you somehow need one, you're doing something wrong.

A spring compressor is not needed yet it makes things allot easier or at least it did when I put my new springs in. Unlike most people spring compressors dont really bother me so when it can make something easier I tend to use them

Looks good man, so what did you use instead of a "pickled fork" tool to get the control arm off?
