yeah mine is a 2wd. i figured i would have to go to drastic measures to get a "nice" ride lol... not worth it at this point tho.. ill be getting a mega cab 2500 here in a year or so for my everyday ride..

if you are running the max tire pressure listed on the side wall of the tire ( 44psi? ), then I think some ride quality could be gained by viewing the door placard of a 3rd gen ram with 20" rims and setting your tire pressure accordingly it will probably be somewhat less psi and be different front to rear and lower psi in the rear.
