Oxygen Sensor High Voltage
So, I already know I need to replace the oxygen sensor but I wanted to get this out here as the manual doesn't mention anything about it.
The manual states the sensor should be jumping from 0.2 to 0.9 volts. Does it do anything strange to the truck or any damage if the voltage is even higher?
Here are my readings:
----------
Pre CAT
Pre Engine Start = 0.02
Start Engine = 1.5x
Engine Running = 0.3x jumping around up to 0.9x
Turn Off Engine = 0.15 slowly dropping to 0.02
----------
Post CAT
Pre Engine Start = 0.02
Start Engine = 1.5x
Engine Running = 1.4x to 1.5x (never lower)
Turn Off Engine = 0.15 slowly dropping to 0.02
----------
* I let the engine run for at least two minutes monitoring voltages.
* Post CAT sensor tested first if it makes a difference.

I tested the heater also on the post cat (but not the pre cat as it seems to be ok). It was getting the correct voltage but I didn't get a chance to do the ohm test as the wife was getting upset and wanted me inside to watch the kids.
Edit: The heater isn't really the issue here. Its the high voltage reading the computer is getting back from the sensor. Will that high voltage cause any problems with the computer while I wait for my o2 sensor?
