i have a 99 dodge with a skyjacker lift. im not sure how big the lift is cause it was on it when i bought it. but i have brand new 35" pro comp xtreme mt tires on it and they rub just a tad when im backing up and turning. im putting a 2" leveling kit on it tomorrow so that should solve that problem. Ik i wouldnt be able to get 37s on there but u may have more lift than i do

i have a 5.5 inch fabtech kit and i am almost certain that i could clear 37's, but i got a good bit of back spacing on my rims.

I hope you dont have the 3.55 gears.... with 37's you may not like the power loss.... many say its bad with 35's+ (my jeep was a dog withb 4.10's and little 32's till i swapped to 4.56's funny thing is I didnt know what i was missing since I bought it with 31's on it)
I have about the same lift and 35's and they look smaller than the 32's I had on my jeep....funny how perception makes them look so much smaller on the ram....I too have been contemplating going bigger after these tires wear but everyone I talk to says I better like replacing wheel bearings every year...It's funny cause I looked at a ram with 40's but the front was torn apart because the owner was changing the wheel bearings.... I wonder If that had any reason to do with the decision to sell...

great....only got about 98,000 miles to go before you can say they are just as reliable...
I have my fingers crossed myself with 35's....if I could only get the wandering out of my steering....got rid of the play but still seems to be all over the road....I read it could be from the aggressive mud tread.... getting them balanced wouldnt hurt either since the PO never bothered...(was just aligned though)
I have read so many articles about crappy steering in these rams and aftermarket brackets and bushings its not even funny...
