anyone with a 1500 with lifts LOOK!
i have a 5 inch lift and 35s and i have never tried but i could probably fit 37s without rubbing, at least it looks like it.
I plan on putting 2.5 ton rockwells on as soon as i get a newer truck so i have transportation. I was going to go with dana 60/70 but i would rather just upgrade while im under there.
What kind of tires are you looking at?

What tires do you have 97ram that you are talking about? My AT's I have now are so soft and I don't see them lasting very long. I got a set of mud tires in January and had them burnt off within 6 months. I might was well keep my eyes open for new tires because I don't see the ones I have now lasting that long.
I had BFG All Terrain T/As on my previous Dodge truck and my Jeep CJ7 and they wore like iron. Probably will be putting them on this when the time comes. The Mud Terrain T/As don't wear as well, though.
Yeah, they are expensive.
When I bought my CJ7 new in 1986 I immediately swapped out the wheels and tires. Got new BFG All Terrains. They were still on the Jeep when I sold it in 1994 with good tread and 64k miles on them.
yeah i have bfg all terrains i think there great, and the 37s i bought are the same tires. i wanted mud terrains but i got a great deal on these. plus i figure ill be able to have the all terrains for awhile again lol these have been on for like 30k and still look absolutely great
