Default PO code

I had a PO202 code. i know it means it is a injector circuit malfunction. could anyone elaborate on this for me?

have you done anything to it recently? when i changed plug wires i got that code b/c they werent routed per the tsb and were touching each other

From obd-codes.com:
The causes of a P0202 engine light code could be any of the following:
  • Bad injector
  • Open in the wiring to the injector
  • Short in the wiring to the injector
  • Bad PCM
Check the easiest ones and move on from there. +1 for dakotas_ram's suggestion.
