Default Loss of power and Bad MPG since axle swap.

Ram 95 4x4 5.9

Two weeks ago I changed my rear 9.25 for another one identical(Except it comes from an 2wd and its LSD) Both are 3.55
The new 9.25 have new wheel bearing, drums, 3500 wheel cylinder, new oils and LSD additive.

Now I have no annoying sound from the pinion bearing but, the truck seems to need a lot more gas than before to accelerate. And the MPG is way worst than before.
When I release the brake in Drive the truck move slowly so I didn't suspect the brake.

Any ideas ???

Same tires.
For the resistance I don't think there is more than before, but I'm gonna check that again.
