ABS Module Repaired...Maybe

Just got my module back and installed it. The problem still exists (ABS and brake light on after about 35mph and no cruise control).

Does anyone know how many milliamps the speed sensor on the rear end is supposed to put out? This is on a 99 Ram RWAL.
