max, look at your radiator. you will see that it is metal and both sides are plastic. the plastic is what will crack.
since our radiators have plastic ends on them instead of metal, they can't be fixed like a radiator will metal ends can.

I would think depending on the crack you could use a plastic welder.
ok i quit mudding, just had to replace my starter, so far muddin for 4 days, it had claimed:
Radiator
OH **** handle
starter
chin spoiler
battary holder
my poor interior

and most importantly, my confederate flag fell off =(
sounds like you just need to slow down a little bit. i ripped my confederate flag off the 2nd or 3rd time i went mudding and wasn't happy about having to spend 35$ for a new front license plate bracket.

not if it is cracked where its crimped to the metal, thats where mine leaked from.
