tspny.com has great deals on hid kits i got heads and fogs from them. the kits are 60 a piece plus shippping. all my buddies got them for their cars and trucks and they work great. plus with 4300k you cant go wrong.

I have heard that Phillips makes good bulbs. They have several differnet styles for ya. I'm gonna try some when my SilverStars burn out, or this winter.

Also check out ddmtuning.com, about $90 a kit or so (or less), and lifetime warranty.

Otherwise, like Purpl stated, Philips bulbs are good quality, so are GE. Stay away from Sylvania, they can be OK, but are usually junk. Philips and GE outperform them for less money, and last longer. Philips bulbs are usually available at any O'Reillys auto parts store, the GEs are sometimes a little harder to track down.
