Default Paint HELP!!!!

okay i have a 1996 dodge ram 2500, the paint was faded on the hood so i primed and painted it and put an acrylic clear coat on it (bad mistake it came out kinda white) and some paint on the side is chipping off and i painted the out line of my tail lights, this was all 2 months ago, now i bought something called NU Polish and i used it today and when i was applying it, it started to get hazy, like it said on the label and it said to wipe it off, so i did that but now it all just looks like someone got white spray paint and painted spots and stuff on it and my outline of my tailight is black and its now showing some white stuff (the outline is plastic) and now i washed it like 2 time sand it wont come off, wut do i do? cant take it to a paint shop, dad wont let me and i has no money.

You might try some bug and tar remover, but I don't think you are going to get anywhere.

How long did you wait before you attempted to wax it? Sounds like you didn't wait the standard 30day mark....

If all else fails, sand it down and repaint.

Nu finish is a big no no for black plastic. I would reccomend a thourough cleaning and then if the plastic still has spots, get some duplicolor bumper and trim paint and mask and paint those plastic pieces. They'll look like new.
