A li'l regret
my ankles lean inward really bad my whole life, so doctor had to cut knotches out of my shins ,and adjust my ankles to where they should be and put plates and screws in both legs , so cast on both feet and wheelchair for 8 weeks
he said if i were to let it go i would get artritis in ankles and they would need to be fused which means no movement at all.... and my kneesthen would get bad and so on so forth so it was better to get surgery to get them fixed all is going well just keeping them elevated to stop pain

If you're worried about kids and a wife... and I know this is going to sound silly... buy a Clean Diesel. Cheap, tax rebates available, uses diesel, and good fuel economy. It kind of peaked my interest when I was in the market for a new vehicle but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Instead I bought my pretty second gen. And don't worry, that truck of yours is a work of art in itself. Just wait until you can get behind the wheel again.
Ah I see, hope you got some hobbies to keep you busy, would be a good time to focus on creative things or perhaps learn a new talent while you got some down time.
I go nuts sitting around, but if I was ever forced to I can pick up a guitar and burn hours away, or put together a model or something.

lol +1 on that bb2, but ya, just keep your truck, hell my step dad went from a 96 f150 4x4 302 5 speed, eddie bauer edition, on 35" bfg a/ts the cleanest truck, ive seen in my life, he traded it for an 05 chevy silvarado 4x4 crew cab 1500, then traded that in for his old 95 ram 1500 4x4 reg cab short box 5.2 auto. he then traded that in for a 01 ext cab ram 1500 2wd 5.9 auto, then traded that in for the current truck he has now, 01 ram 1500 5.9 4x4 auto. he was always a ford guy, but he said hes never felt like he was in a real truck, until he got in the first dodge he got.
all in all, if your gonna get something else, at least go to an ext cab. he only got a bigger cab because at the time my mom was prego with my 4 year old sister, and yes all of this has happend in the last 4-5 years lol.
