Default wanting way more power!!!

i gotta 2wd 5.2 ext cab. its all stock right now with no muffler. im wanting to get some power out of my motor but im not sure where to start and wat all to do to it. any suggestions please let me know.

i wouldn't bother with that kit. you can find out what works best in your truck from this site rather than getting a kit with a bunch of random junk in it.

the first thing you need to do is fix your plenum gasket and get the hughes plenum plate (or get a hughes air gap)
after that is done you will need:
3.92 gears
superchips 3715 or 3815
harland sharp 1.7 roller rockers
fastman 50mm throttle body
cai or 14x3 air cleaner with a k&n or aem dry flow filter.
higher quality plug wires (8mm) with new plugs/brass cap/rotor and do the wire re-route
external tranny cooler and fresh fluid/filter (always a good idea on a 2nd. gen ram)

how much hp we talkin out of all that? i no ppl say drop a 360 or 408 in it but i wanna keep my motor and just build it.

also what is the plenum gasket? i hear about it all over df but am not sure what it is or does but from what i hear all dodges need it replaced. lol. whats the deal with them???

dude...i just got more than 70hp to the rear wheel with an OBD1 5.2

you should really check into some heads

easier??? none of this is easy...lol

as far as easier goes...guess ease of work is in the eye of the beholder.
