I'm pretty sure you have to drill holes in the bumper. The instructions are on ***techs website. Just look there.

From what I can see mine is just bolted on the front bumper.

Since pro comp only made a universal bar and nothing 2nd gen specific, I suspect nopowers was adapted somehow.
Summit carries some of the old universal bars Pro comp made for about 139 bucks. Being universal, you have to employ some fab skills to install one.

Somebody drilled holes to fit that. ORW carries the same product. ORI Baja Explorer? I think its called.

nopower, its about time to break out a grinder and some semi gloss black Krylon isn't it?
a few weeks ago i cleaned up some rust on my brush guard and hit it with flat black because the guard isn't shiny like your bar is.
