Default Dodge Ram Engine and transmission moves forward when throttled in gear

Hello, I am new to Dodgeforum. I have a question that I hope someone can provide an answer to. I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 360 auto quad cab 4x4. It has a 3" body lift and a 3" suspension lift on 35" tires. I made the suspension lift myself by making spring spacers from cast iron pipe in front and added 3" blocks to the rear with grade 8 u-bolts that were made from stock. I have noticed that when I throttle the engine that it moves forward and clunks real hard. It feels like a broken tranamission mount but it is good. I had someone else help me and watched the motor mounts as they pressed the gas pedal in gear. The engine jumped forward at the mounts. It is worse when I am towing. I thought that I would try to tighten the mounts more, but that didnt help. I didnt do anything to the pinion angle and wonder if that would be the case, but am reluctant.

the rubber on the transmission mount should be pretty firm, when it gets soft then you will see a lot of movement under load.
it sounds to me like your motor mount bushings are just wore out. do they have a film of any kind of fluid on them?
did it do it before the lift? or before doing anything to the truck?

Since we're on topic of mounts, how hard is it to change the tranny mount? can i just get some jacks, hold up the tranny, and take it right out?

Also motor mounts are gunna run about 55-70 bucks each ( Auto Zone price) just so you know

correct. super easy.
you should have seen the one on my camaro when i got it. that mount was about the same texture as a gummy bear and when i gassed it from a stop the transmission would slap the floorboard.

I replaced the mounts about 4 months ago. This has been going on for 6 months. It has gotten worse since I replaced the mounts. I replaced the rear brakes when I replaced the mounts and noticed it even more.
