I like manual transmissions but automatics are nice. Additionally, I do not have 4wd and this truck can get stuck going downhill in wet conditions.

There are times when I need to chagne gear but cannot let up on the gas to do so - automatics are great is such situations.

In any event, changing to a manual transmission is interesting.

How well does cruise control work with a manual transmission?
