it should be three gaskets. one for the belly pan and one for each head (where it is warped at).

it has 5 gaskets included with it. the two that are warped, plenum, and two that are small and go staight (no middle to it)

this is the product im getting

yep...thats it.

and get a TB gasket and an air cleaner gasket.

just the fuel disconnect...but its cheap...like 5 bucks or less and they will probably have it in stock.

yea i noticed that on the write up, already grabbed it so i wouldnt forget. alright then, wish me luck, hopefully I can get it start to finish tomorrow. i need my truck for friday


appriciate the help. i honestly thought that this was MAJOR...but its not so thank god...she'll be fixed tomorrow....i hope

And a torque wrench. BTW, you"ll gain a little performance and gas mileage by fixing the plenum gasket, but if you don't replace the plate, you will be in the same boat soon. And there is no way the intake gaskets to heads are blown enough that you can hear air. If they were that bad, the thing would run so crappy it wouldn't be funny. Anyway, after you do the plenum, replace the pre cat 02 and the cat (or gut it).

you can def. hear it. very noticable comming from right there. i can feel slight air when i put my hand over that area. but the truck does run great, although i havent been able to roast a tire on dry pavement.

Like I said about replacing the plate itself! (with a Hughes plate). Nuff said.

You also need new intake bolts. And I'd get the improved plenum gasket from the dealer. I'll see if I can get the P/Ns.
