Is that the adjustable rockers, or the non adjustable rockers that hit the stock valve covers?

Adjustable hit the valve covers, non adjustable don't, at least for the HS rockers.

When we sat them on and turned the engine over you could feel and watch the valve cover move

Special Notes: non-Adjustable
* Harland Sharp original series, pedestal mount, Dodge 5.2/5.9 Magnum V8, roller rockers are designed to be a replacement for the factory rocker that fits under the stock valve cover.
