Default Make a bull bar fit a 00 sport?

I have been looking at different bull/ push bars on ebay, and pretty much all of them, say
they wont fit a 99-01 sport.
I assume this is because of the lip at the bottom of the bumper on sport models.

I'm not sure how these attach, but could a bracket or something similar be made to
make this work without doing anything to the bumper?

Edit; Ok looks like I would have to notch the bumper for this to work

Thanks.
I bought them used on craigslist.
They are bushwacker pocket style flares, they come with the option of having the bolts around them or not.

They definetly look big with the stock wheels and tires.

Thanks,
That one looks nice, but I just want the bull bar not the full brush guard.

Yes a bracket could be made, depends on your budget or capabilities.
