Any of you have sound clips/video of your 1500 after installing a flowmaster 40/50/70 series muffler or full exhaust kit?

I am thinking about getting the dual exhaust kit. But want to hear how it sounds first.

I put a 40 on my V6 Tacoma back in 2000 and it was awesome. Not too loud at all, and made the V6 sound throaty. Just don't want the Bigger V8 to be waking up the neighbors when I coast in at 1am after spending time at the prayer room.

Flowmaster's website only has one clip. They used to have one for every engine. I guess someone sued them and they had to take them down.

 

ya, whenever i want to find out what a muffler or camshaft sounds like, i use youtube. you will have to listen to a few because different cameras and angles will make it sound different, but you'll get the idea.

 

I will see what I can do for you...I got a 99 Ram 2500 with the 5.9 360 with a flowmaster Super 44. Do you have the 318 or the 360? I like the Super 44..not to loud but gives my 360 a nice deep throaty sound to it. has a nice low sound when you put your foot into it too. haha

Good work Helms. I actually went and found all of those. The 70 was much less Throaty. But the 40s are really beefy.

YOu have the 40. Can people hear you coming home from a long distance?
