Default would it fit

http://york.craigslist.org/pts/1418662714.html just wondering do you guys thinck this would fit in are trucks. and has it been do before. also would it be worth it to put the 440 in and redo all the **** that would need redone or do the 408 stroker what would be cheaper. i have no planes on doing this any time soon but i thinck it would be petty badass to do.

there are ways to make it fit....sure. a lot of custom fabrication for the whole drivetrain and of course figuring out what youll have to do to your computer. do you really want to go down that road? i think it would be cheaper just to build the 408 and a lot less headache. there are reasons you dont see people driving around in 2gens with a BB Mopar engine.

ooo i know it was carb set up i was just wondering i thought it would be pretty sweet to do i have been looking into the 408 stroker alot and then i came a cross that on craigs list thought kinda got me thinckin

that guy is very proud of his work obviously... 440s arent rare motors. 3300 is pretty steap

It would be less of a headache doing a 408 stroker. I'd only downgrade from FI to carb if I was doing an all-out race truck. Not on my daily-driver.
